How it works
We schedule a kick-off job intake & alignment call with the relevant hiring team; agree the skills matrix and must‑haves.
We collect all resumes via direct access from your job board postings or ATS. Alternatively these can be forwarded bi-weekly to a dedicated email address or secure online storage location.
We review all inbound applicants using our proprietary workflow (AI‑assisted + human specialist). Low‑fit and AI‑inflated profiles are filtered out.
You receive a defended shortlist of vetted candidates, ranked by job fit, accompanied by evidence‑based commentary.
Post‑interview, we convert transcripts into structured insights to sharpen next‑round decisions.
If, after an agreed upon time, a preferred candidate hasn’t been identified via a HPP Threads engagement, Hunters Point Partners can source and recruit the position under a typical contingency recruitment model.
